INTRODUCTION

The terms and conditions set out on this page describe the contractual obligations associated with the acquisition of products from the company Zeocat Soluciones Ecologicas, S.L.U. using this online shop.

These terms and conditions govern solely the contractual relationship entered into by buyers of products offered for sale on the website www.zeolita.eu (hereinafter called "customers") and the seller which is Zeocat Soluciones Ecologicas, S.L.U. (hereinafter called "ZEOCAT", "we" or "us") which is the owner of this website, and is located at: C/Matagalls, 5, 08461 Sant Esteve de Palautordera, Barcelona, Spain; with VAT No. (Código de Identificación Fiscal) B64753635; registered with the Registro Mercantil de Barcelona - Tomo 40216 Folio 139, Hoja 359612.  

1. OBJECTIVE

1.1. The objective of these Terms and Conditions is to govern the supply by ZEOCAT of products offered on this online shop to customers in exchange for financial payment.

2. APPLICATION

2.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with the order confirmation constitute a contract between ZEOCAT and the customer for the supply of product(s). No toher terms or conditions apply.

2.2.  It shall be understood that the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions from the moment they confirm they have read and accept this text. 

3. PLACING AN ORDER

3.1. In order to place an order, the customer must at least 18 years old.

3.2. The customer must complete the entire ordering process and make payment using any one of the systems made available on this website.

3.3. When a customer places an order, an order number will be provided.

3.4. When placing an order, the customer is confirming on offer to buy the selected product or products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. ZEOCAT may accept or reject this offer.

3.5. Upon acceptance of the order, we will notify the customer and confirm the order number. The order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. If for any reason the order cannot be accepted, we will contact the customer using any of the methods available to us using the contact information provided by the customer during the ordering process.

3.6. Whilst we will always make every effort to supply the products detailed in the order confirmation, there may occasionally be circumstances which prevent us from doing so, such as a temporary lack of stock. In such event, we will contact the customer to explain the situation and offer a solution. If the solution offered is not acceptable to the customer, we will cancel the order and make a full refund to the customer. The return of the full payment made in relation to any cancelled order shall be the limit of ZEOCAT's responsibility to the customer if we are unable to supply the product(s) ordered. 

3.7. It is possible that the price shown for a given item on this online shop may be erroneous, although we endeavour to always show correct prices. If by mistake we publish an incorrect price for a given product, and we accept and confirm an order for said product, we will contact the customer immediately to inform them of the error. We will issue a new order confirmation at the correct price, and return any over-payment if the error is in favour of the customer. If the price published was lower than the correct price, the customer has the right to cancel the order and we will make a full refund of the amount paid. 

4. SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS

4.1. We will deliver the product(s) indicated on the order confirmation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

5.1. We endeavour to provide accurate information about the products offered for sale together with photographs to illustrate the packaging. 

6. PRICES

6.1. The price of each product is clearly stated on the product web page. The prices of our products are subject to change, as are these Terms and Conditions. In any case, the price and conditions in place at the time an order is placed shall apply. 

6.2. We reserve the right to take payment from the moment an order is received by us. 

6.3. The prices shown in this Online Shop are shown according to the following rules: 

If a customer resides in the European Union, all prices include VAT applied according to Spanish rules. However, VAT will be deducted if the product is for delivery to places exempt from VAT.

6.4. The cost of delivery is included in the price for some products. For products which do not include delivery, the delivery charge will be added to the total order cost during the ordering process. 

6.5. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, we will apply the prices indicated on this portal at the time the order is placed by the customer. 

7. ORDER PAYMENT

7.1. ZEOCAT works with Redsys to guarantee maximum security of financial transactions. When the Redsys appears, the customer can consider the the operation is 100% protected. 

7.2. If we suspect any anomaly or potential fraud, ZEOCAT reserves the right to cancel any transaction for security reasons.

7.3. ZEOCAT offers the following 2 payment methods:

  • Payment by credit card or debit card:​​​

If the customer chooses to pay by credit/debit card, the order will not be confirmed until the payment has been authorized by his/her bank. On-line payments are realised using a "Secure Socket Layer" security system which encrypts the customer's banking details when they are sent via internet. For security reasons ZEOCAT verifies all orders which are paid by credit/debit card. We accept by Servired, Maestro, Visa and MasterCard which use the system Verified by Visa.

  • Payment by PayPal:

Paypal allows direct payment without the need to send banking details via internet. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data using the most up to date technology available.

7.4. For all orders, a final invoice wil be sent to the customer with a breakdown of any VAT and/or delivery charges paid. 

8. DELIVERY

8.1. We will deliver the products ordered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.

8.2. On the Shopping Cart page, any delivery charges will be clearly indicated before the customer confirms the order.

8.3. If the article is shown as being in stock when the order is placed, the time from placing the order to delivery being made will be 2 to 4 working days, counting from the moment the receipt of payment is confirmed. If the article is not in stock when the order is placed, we will contact the customer to inform them accordingly. The estimated delivery time is based on deliveries to the Iberian peninsula (including Portugal) and will be longer for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or to other countries.

8.4. We will deliver the products ordered after verifying that payment has been made correctly.

8.5. We count only working days, this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If for any reason ZEOCAT is not able to deliver in the time indicated, we will contact the customer to explain the nature of the delay.

8.6. The customer must ensure that someone is available at the indicated delivery address to receive the package when it arrive. If nobody is available, the transport company or courier will try to deliver another time, or may call the customer to arrange a time to deliver the package. If it is not possible to deliver to the indicated address, the product will be returned to us and we will refund the cost of the goods minus the cost of sending and returning the goods which must be borne by the customer. 

9. PRODUCT GUARANTEE

9.1. All of the products offered by ZEOCAT are guaranteed. If the product received by the customer is found to be damaged or contaminated in any way, we will replace the product or refund the cost of the damaged article and any delivery fee which may have been charged in relation to the damaged article. 

9.2. The customer must inform us of any defect within 14 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail confirming his/her desire to exchange or return the goods. We will organise the return/exchange of goods and/or any refund in the most practical way possible. 

10. RIGHT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

10.1. ZEOCAT offers a flexible returns policy. This means than even in cases where the products purchased by the customer are received in perfect condition, if the customer is not satisfied they can return or exchange the product witin a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. If the customer wishes to simply return the product, they will receive a refund of the price paid for the product within 14 days of receipt by ZEOCAT of the returned product. However, the cost of the initial delivery and the cost of the return of the product must be borne by the customer. If the customer wishes to exchange the product purchased for a different product, they must pay the difference in price if they exchange it for a more expensive product. If they exchange the product for a less expensive product, they will be refunded the difference in cost within 14 days of the return of the returned product by ZEOCAT. The cost of the return and any delivery charges paid in relation to the returned item must be borne by the customer. Notwithstanding, any return will only be accepted by ZEOCAT if the following conditions apply:

  • The customer must return the product within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
  • The products must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The product must be unused.

​10.2. Alternatively, if a product received by the customer is found to be damaged or contaminated in some way, ZEOCAT will ber the cost of the return of the product. The customer can choose either to receive a full refund of the amount paid for the product including delivery (which will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned product by ZEOCAT), receive the same product as a replacement, or receive a different product in exchange for the returned product. If this last option is chosen, the customer must pay any difference in price if the replacement product is more expensive, or the customer will receive a refund of the difference in price if the replacement product is less expensive within 14 days. In such cases, the cost of sending a replacement product will be borne by ZEOCAT.

12. OBLIGATIONS OF ZEOCAT AND OF THE CUSTOMER

12.1. ZEOCAT must provide the customer with accurate information about the products offered for sale, and inform the customer about his/her order status. ZEOCAT can not be held responsible for failing to meet this obligation in case of "force majeure" or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

12.2. The customer must complete the order form in accordance with the instructions given and must provide true and accurate information. ZEOCAT will protect the information provided in accordance with privacy laws. The customer must also make full payment of the total order cost using one of the payment methods supported by this site.

12.3. ZEOCAT will not be held responsible for any loss or damage which may be caused by incorrect use of any products sold through this on-line shop.

13. COMMENTS

13.1. All comments and opinions submitted by customers are supervised by us. If any comments infringe the law, are unethical or immoral (abusive, defamatory, insults or out of context comments), ZEOCAT reserves the right to delete or edit said comments.

14. DATA PROTECTION

14.1. The personal information customers must provide is indispensable for the processing of orders, delivery of goods and emission of invoices. The absence of requested data can cause the automatic cancellation of an order. Upon registration as a user of this site, the customer must provide accurate personal information with the purpose of allowing ZEOCAT to provide a service to the customer and identify registered customers as well as send information or publicity about the different products and any offers which ZEOCAT may make to customers.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

15.1. All content of ZEOCAT's on-line shop and other websites (illustrations, texts, product names, trade marks, images, videos) is property of ZEOCAT. Any reproduction of any content through any media must be previously expressly authorized by ZEOCAT.

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

16.1. The contract between buyer and seller is governed by and will be interpreted according to Spanish and EU law. 

16.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

17. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

17.1. ZEOCAT reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of this website and the Terms and Conditions of Use. Customers will always have access to the Terms and Condtions applicable at the time of use of this website. Customers should therefore read carefully the Terms and Conditions each time they access this website to know if changes have occurred. In all cases, acceptation of the Terms and Conditions is obligatory prior to placing an order using this website.
